Remote monitoring 24h/7d
Via unique remote monitoring tools all core and critical hardware and software systems are 24/7 controlled, allowing an immediate and pro-active support whenever a disturbance is revealed.
All our systems have build-in email warning systems:when components as cameras, printers, card readers among others underperform, an email is automatically sent to our site monitoring system.
On-Site
On top of that we also offer yearly preventive maintenance visits to make sure all gate equipment stays in the best condition.
The combination of remote monitoring with dedicated support resources and preventive maintenance efforts permit CAMCO to provide its customers with very strict Service Levels.
Problem tracking ticketing System
An in-house developed web-based problem tracking ticketing system allows our service department as well as our customers to follow up open standing problem tickets.
