We would like to work with you to better protect our systems, our customers and our ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>1. Scope<\/h1>\n<p>This policy applies to all interested parties and stakeholders of Camco, for any of the Camco services and platforms.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>2. Audience<\/h2>\n<p>We request the cooperation of the audiences in scope, including, but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Website Visitors<\/li>\n<li>Visitors on Camco premises<\/li>\n<li>Employees and staff<\/li>\n<li>Customer<\/li>\n<li>Contractors and partners;<\/li>\n<li>Prospects<\/li>\n<li>\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><\/h1>\n<h1>3. Protocol<\/h1>\n<h4><strong>What we ask you to do<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In case you discovered a vulnerability, we ask you to do the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Provide sufficient information<\/strong> to reproduce the problem so that we can solve it as quickly as possible. Usually, the IP address or URL of the affected system and a description of the vulnerability is sufficient, but more complex vulnerabilities may require more;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Encrypt your findings<\/strong> with our PGP key (<a href=\"https:\/\/camco.be\/pubkey.zip\">https:\/\/www.camco.be\/pubkey.zip<\/a>) to prevent the information from falling into the wrong hands;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email<\/strong> your findings to <a href=\"mailto:security@camco.be\">security@camco.be<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>What we ask you NOT to do<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>When a vulnerability has been discovered, please refrain from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #e71d36;\"><strong>Abusing the problem<\/strong><\/span> by, for example, downloading more data than is necessary to demonstrate the leak or viewing, deleting or modifying data from third parties;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #e71d36;\"><strong>Sharing the problem with others<\/strong><\/span> before it is resolved. Please also erase all confidential data obtained through the leak immediately after closing the leak;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #e71d36;\"><strong>Attacking<\/strong> <\/span>physical security, social engineering, distributed denial of service, spam or third\u0002party applications, and damaging our platforms in any way, or impacting the performance of these systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Please be aware<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>There is a legal protocol to be followed (see legal reference below). Any illegal access to our systems can and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent if this regulatory protocol is disregarded.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>What can be expected from us<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>We will respond to your report as soon as possible, maximum within 5 working days, with our initial assessment of the report and an expected date for resolution;<\/li>\n<li>If you have complied with the above conditions and the legal conditions by cyberlaw, we will not take any legal action against you regarding the report;<\/li>\n<li>We will treat your report confidentially and will not share your personal data with third parties without your permission unless this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation;<\/li>\n<li>If desired, we will keep you informed of the progress of solving the problem;<\/li>\n<li>In notifying you of the reported problem, we will, if you wish, mention your name as the discoverer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Publication of the vulnerability or resolution<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Only Camco decides on any public or official communication and publication on discovered vulnerabilities. No publication is allowed without agreement and validation by Camco.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>4. Legal reference<\/h2>\n<p>Please be aware that the reporting of any vulnerability is bound to legislation.<\/p>\n<p>As Camco HQ is located in Belgium, the Belgian law on vulnerability disclosure applies.<\/p>\n<p>In short (quote from the website of CCB):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must limit yourself strictly to the facts necessary to report a vulnerability.
